Rehabilitation of a commercial premises of approximately 2000 m².

The project consists of the rehabilitation of a commercial premises of approximately 2000 m2, with replacement of the floors. The tasks carried out include the reinforcement of the walls, not foreseen in the project, to support the metal beams that support the new collaborative sheet metal slab.

It also includes the global optimization of the structure that is summarized with the verification and reduction of the profiles assigned to the new structure, as well as the reinforcement of the existing elements to be maintained. The joints, embedments, holes in beams and their reinforcements were also verified.
