THE PROJECT.
This is a series of rehabilitation and reform actions in the Quai Des Marques shopping center in Franconville. Among the works to be developed are the new access staircase in the hall, a structure to support a planter and the shopping center logo, the SAS structure of the main entrance and renovation of the façade where polycarbonate booths are proposed. .
As a singular element, it is worth highlighting the sheds on the facades, which are expected to protrude from the alignment of the facade as a volumetric element. Each booth is associated with a commercial brand.
THE STRUCTURAL SOLUTION.
The staircase in the hall consists of stringers formed by HEA-500 profiles of variable section and sheets that form the steps. The structure that supports a planter and the shopping center logo consists of a grid of HEA-100 type vertical and 50x50x5 horizontal uprights. The entrance SAS is formed by steel frames, with HEA type pillars and UPN beams. Finally, the polycarbonate sheds on the facades are supported by a very light structure of HEA-type profiles, tubular and steel sheets with horizontal trusses to resolve deformations.
